What is "CrossFit"?

CrossFit is a time efficient, total body strength and conditioning workout. The best part of CrossFit is that it is individualized coaching within the group setting! We do different things every day that will challenge you and push you a little outside of your comfort zone.


what sets CrossFit Conquer apart from other CrossFit gyms in the area?

We're the most dedicated gym with the most knowledgeable staff in the area to help you reach your goals. During your goal setting session (our No Sweat Consult) we work together to develop a plan, and our primary focus is to set you up for success. 

In addition to these goal setting sessions, we check in with you if we haven't seen you at the gym - and make sure you're staying on track toward your goals! 

Our trainers guide you through classes to ensure you are performing exercises correctly, and when paired with nutrition programming, you're well on your way to the best version of you!



Is CrossFit for ME?

Yes. Yes. A thousand times yes. We offer scalable options in all of our classes. Our CrossFit program offers 3 levels designed to help you progress forward from Beginner (0-6 months experience), to Intermediate (6 months-1 year) and RX (+1 year experience).

If you're new to CrossFit, or need to brush up on your skill set, we start you off with our On Ramp program. After that, you will have the option to either complete a secondary On Ramp, work one on one with a trainer, or filter into group classes. 

No, you do not need to be "already fit" to start. The choice is yours and the possibilities are endless.
